Terms and Conditions
Last updated: September 28, 2026
Fraym is the platform you use to book and pay at independent studios. Each studio provides its own classes and services and sets its own prices and policies; Fraym gives you the tool to find them, book and pay. By creating your account you accept these terms.
1. Who we are and acceptance
These terms govern the use of the client portal at joinfraym.com and the Fraym app for iPhone (together, the Platform), operated by Fraym Growth Systems, S.A. de C.V. (Fraym), with its address at Av. Santa Fe No. 546, Int. 39 E, Col. Santa Fe Cuajimalpa, Cuajimalpa de Morelos, Ciudad de México, C.P. 05348, México.
By creating an account or using the Platform you accept these terms and acknowledge that you have read the Privacy Notice. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. If you use the iPhone app, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, your parent or guardian must authorise it when it is created, accepts these terms on your behalf and answers for the use of the account.
This English version is provided for convenience. If it differs from the Spanish version, the Spanish version prevails.
2. What Fraym is and what it is not
Fraym is a technology platform. It lets you discover independent studios, spas, salons and brands (the Studios), book their classes, appointments and events, and pay them.
Each Studio is a business independent from Fraym. The Studio provides the class or service, hires its coaches, runs its premises, sets its prices and its cancellation, no show and refund policies, issues its tax receipts and is responsible for the quality and safety of what it offers. Fraym does not provide those services and is not a party to the service contract between you and the Studio.
3. Your account
- Give true information and keep it up to date. Some details, such as your name and date of birth, are corrected through the Studio or by writing to us.
- Your account is personal. Keep your password safe and tell us at soporte@joinfraym.com if you think someone else used it.
- You are responsible for what is done with your account, unless the misuse is not your fault.
- You can delete your account whenever you want from Profile › Delete my account. The Privacy Notice explains what we delete and what we keep because the law requires it.
4. Bookings
- Every booking depends on availability and on the Studio's rules: capacity, passes valid for that class, schedules, holidays and waitlist.
- Before booking you can read the Studio's cancellation policy. If you cancel late or do not show up, the Studio may take the credit or charge the fee its policy sets, including on the card you have saved with it.
- Being on a waitlist does not guarantee a spot. If one opens, the Studio may confirm you under its rules.
- If you bring guests, you answer for them to the Studio.
- The Studio may change or cancel a class or event. In that case, what is owed to you is settled by the Studio under its policies and the law.
5. Payments, refunds and gift cards
- Payments are processed by Stripe and charged in the Studio's name, in the currency the Studio sets. The Studio is the seller and issues your tax receipt.
- Fraym never sees or stores your full card number.
- Refunds are requested from the Studio and follow its policy and the law. If you paid for an event booking, the Studio is who can cancel it and refund you.
- Memberships with recurring billing are charged automatically every period until cancelled. You can ask the Studio to cancel it, and it is also cancelled if you delete your account; amounts already charged are not refunded unless the Studio or the law provides otherwise.
- Packages, memberships, coupons and gift cards are only valid at the Studio that issued them and on the conditions it sets, including their validity period.
6. Health and safety
Physical activity and wellness treatments involve risks. Talk to your doctor before starting a new activity, especially if you have an injury or a medical condition or are pregnant. Tell the Studio what a coach should know and follow their instructions. Fraym does not provide medical services and does not assess whether an activity is right for you.
7. Acceptable use
You may not:
- Use the Platform for anything illegal or to deceive a Studio or other people.
- Create accounts with false or someone else's data, or share your account.
- Make bookings you do not intend to use in order to hold spots.
- Try to access other people's data or accounts, interfere with the Platform or scrape its content.
- Upload content that infringes third party rights or is offensive.
8. Intellectual property
The Platform, its design, its software and the Fraym brand belong to Fraym. Each Studio's names, logos, photos and descriptions belong to that Studio. We give you a personal, non exclusive and non transferable permission to use the Platform under these terms. If you upload a profile photo, you authorise us to show it inside the Platform to the Studios where you are a client, only while you have your account.
9. Communications
We will send you by email, and in the app by notification if you turn them on, the messages you need about your account and bookings. Promotions from Fraym and the Studios are optional and you can stop them from your profile or from the link in each email.
10. Suspension
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms or is used for fraud or abuse, telling you when possible. A Studio may also stop accepting your bookings under its own rules.
11. Liability
We work to keep the Platform available and working well, but it may have interruptions or errors. To the extent the law allows, Fraym is not liable for the services the Studios provide, for what happens on their premises or for the decisions they make about their classes, prices and policies, and is liable to you only for the direct damage it causes through its own fault in running the Platform.
Nothing in these terms limits your rights under Mexico's Federal Consumer Protection Law. You may take any consumer complaint to the Procuraduría Federal del Consumidor (Profeco).
12. Changes
We may update these terms. We will publish the new version on this page with its date and, if the change is material, we will tell you and ask you to accept it before you keep using the Platform.
13. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the federal laws of the United Mexican States. For any dispute, the parties submit to the competent courts of Mexico City, without prejudice to your right to go to Profeco or to the courts of your domicile where the law allows it.
